IT Professionals
IT Operations Specialist
- Drive operational efficiencies by adopting innovation and automation, including owning the underpinnings technologies
- Manage the innovation and technical pipeline and escalated problems, working to prioritize solutions from the technical backlog
- Take ownership and manage the problem management process, conduct reviews to minimize major incidents. Hold periodical reviews of active problems, event logs and known error databases.
- Hold brainstorming sessions to identify trends and carry out proactive problem management creating items for the technical pipeline
- Work within a team to deliver services into production, including upgrading and decommissioning
Artificial Intelligence
- Manage and direct research and development (R&D) and processes to meet the needs of our AI strategy
- Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help create solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas of the partner’s business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit
- Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards
Cloud Computing
- Work in tandem with our engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company
- Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
- Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to development teams to build cloud competencies
- ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design
- Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines
Data Analyst
- Designing and maintaining data systems and databases; including fixing coding errors and other data-related problems.
- Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either humans or machines.
- Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
- Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
Internet of Things
- Collaborate with start-ups, corporates, universities and government agencies to develop projects and platforms and create new IoT data marketplaces and innovation testbeds
- Develop complex analytical solutions that meet our clients’ needs in innovative ways
- Adopt emerging technological trends (such as predictive analytics, business analytics, or machine learning) and come up with unconventional solutions
- Identify business requirements, conduct blueprint workshops, develop functional and technical design documents, prototype and test solutions, train users, and define support procedures
- Create “thought ware" and “point-of-view" documents related to the Internet of Things
